Kingklip fillets are long and even in thickness, rather than thick at one end and thin at the other, making for quick preparation.

When cooked, the fillets are firm and flake beautifully. Kingklip has a slightly sweet, meaty flavour which takes extremely well to seasoning and sauces.

Our Kingklip arrives fresh and is filleted with either skin on or off.

Disclaimer: Our Kingklip is whole and weighed head, tail and skin on. It is then filleted accordingly. For every kg ordered, you can expect to receive 4 portions weighing between +-180g/220g per portion.
