Returns and Refunds Policy

1.       Returns/exchanges

·         Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns/exchanges on any food products.

 

2.       Additional non-returnable items:

·         Gift cards/Vouchers

 

3.       Refunds

·         We offer a 14 day window period for refunds.

·         In the event of a customer not being entirely satisfied with a purchased product/s, we would like to know about it. Please send your complaint to duwayne@freshcatchdeli.co.za, and we will evaluate your case.

·         Should a refund be fully warranted, we will notify you in writing.

·         Approved refunds will be processed via EFT into a provided bank account, or via the Payfast refund process if the original payment was made via Payfast.
