Often an under rated fish, the flesh of the hake is a dream – firm, flaky and pale with a subtle flavour that is not dissimilar to cod. Hake, like most other white fish, can be paired with flavours as diverse as bacon, horseradish and coconut.
Our hake arrives fresh and is filleted with either skin on or off.
