Prep time: 10 minutes / Cook time: 8 minutes / Serves: 4
You will need:
- 1 large (500g) salmon fillet
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, crushed garlic and mustard and simmer over low heat until sticky. Lay the salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet and brush with the glaze.
Bake the salmon for 6 to 8 minutes and serve immediately with a fresh green salad.
